This world religion map, in simple terms explains which religions are practiced by what percentage of the population, in the countries of the world. It is a simple explanation of the many religions that are practiced in all the recognized countries. It should be noted that the many protestant religions, although centered in North America and Europe, are prolific to some extent throughout the world. The Protestant religion with the Roman Catholic religion, known as Christians, are the largest group in the world exceeding 2 billion practioners.
